Farming in Kisii
Help invest in promoting independent living in Kisii
In February we began helping local foster families by purchasing supplies for them to harvest their own crops. We were able to provide seed, top soil, pesticide, and labor for those who are elderly or disabled. This project not only supplies food for the families but helps generate income as well. We are excited to partner with these families and future families to promote independent living.
Help build a new home for an elderly grandmother
*Sarah is an elderly grandmother who cares for several of her grandchildren in a tiny tin home in rural Kenya. Conditions in the home are a huge reason many children run away! We would love to see Sarah’s grandchilden have a forever home they can always come back to. We have the land, staff and plans ready to build her a new home. Now we just need funding.
