Although Baba Willy was a hardworking father, it was difficult for him to provide for his large family. Our social workers found one of his sons on the streets trying to find money to pay for his school fees. We began counseling with the family, supporting the older children with school fees and providing supplemental meals. We were able to reintegrate them within the month.

For the family to remain together, they needed a home that could fit all the children as well as an additional income source for the father. We were able to purchase a motorbike for the father to use as a business transporting people and goods. We later built a permanent home on their property that has space to build on a small shop if they decide to start a business in the future.

They family no longer requires any assistance from us, and they are still living together, more than 6 years later!
