In 2015 we began dreaming about whether it was possible to fully support our Chosen Generation Child Reintegration Program from a business. Would it be possible to someday not need outside funding? We decided to try a poultry business. We would raise hens and sell the eggs to support the ministry work. We started with five hundred hens in 2015 and in 2022 the project had grown to 5,000 hens! The proceeds from the sale of eggs are now able to do the following:

• Provide full time employment for three and part time employment for two others

• Provide a protein source for the community

• Allows others to start their own small businesses by purchasing eggs wholesale and selling in their local markets

• Trains local students on poultry keeping

• Supports families at risk of separating by sponsoring one family at a time and providing emergency food, counseling, medical care, scholarships, job training, financial training, business startup capital, etc.

We thank God that we are now finally able to see the fruit of the years of investment!
